Now Celine, don't get started dragging Mary Lou through the mud here too or we'll get the comic police after you. They do have a branch office in Paris. :) You are right about Lila being shallow though. As shallow as they come.

But ather, I was joking. Of course Lila shouldn't be a single mother. No one should be. But my point was that that is the only way Lila would achieve her goal. Apparently, though, Lila, as shallow as she is has more dignity than Mary Lou.

But celine, if Lila used artificial insemination, then she'd be a single mom. And that's a whole other complaint for you.

OK, I am sitting down again after standing up and applauding! Superbly Lila-centric view of benefits.

Drew, women's 'rights' have meant that women get all sorts of special perks in the name of 'equality'. In my view, if a woman wants to get pregnant, if she is working, the company shouldn't have to give her anything and if it interferes with her job, then she should be out the door. Companies shouldn't be held hostage to women's hormones. Businesses aren't charities. If women want to have children, then they should do it without inflicting extra costs - and work - on others. Of course, Lila is only complaining because she can't get these perks herself. Well, not without lowering her standards or resorting to artificial insemination, that is.
