I love the idea of Eternity Cake! I'm putting a print-out of this cartoon (with full credits to Mr Stromoski) in my funeral plans, with instructions to serve cake at my wake service and again at the luncheon after my funeral Mass. Chocolate, with white icing....Mmmm!
