HAHAHAHAHA!!! Palin is yesterday's news. She only has a few pathetic hangers on in the lunatic fringe. That tells you a lot about the Republicans; they only stand a chance when they bow to extremists. That's no way to run a nation. Moderates bring a situation closer to centralism, which is what every nation should shoot for. When the situations is a couple of drops of wizz in your ginger ale, and a glass full of wizz, then the former is the superior option. Thus, the moderates are superior to the whackjob Republican Extremists. But I can't really complain. Those whackjobs are doing a better job of destroying the Republican Party than the Left could ever have done.

Of course liberals love "moderates". A moderate is someone willing to tolerate someone pi55ing in his ginger ale as long as it's "just a few drops", not realizing whether it's a cup or a barrel makes no difference, it's now pi55ed-in ginger ale. McCain was a perfect example of "someone WILLING to push the button" and the cowards and despots around the world knew it. Despite some of his Bush-like left-leanings (nobody's perfect) McCain remembers the evils of communism well--they were beaten into him daily in the Hanoi Hilton. If liberals were really concerned about a doorknob-dumb vice president, then Joe Biden is the sum of all fears. Left-wringers are terrified of Palin because she has the same ROCKSTAR power of Obama, only she's not an elitist marxist buffoon.

McCain was a perfect example of "someone too dangerous to have his thumb on 'the button'". He wasn't a moderate; he proved that by tapping Palin as his VP. His so-called "moderate" actions were just publicity stunts. I he had gotten in, we would have seen the real McCain. Just look at all the right-wing extremist bills he's put forward in congress this year, like the one attempting to destroy Internet Neutrality. Calling him a moderate is an insult to all Moderate Conservative Americans. As for suspending personal income tax; that's simple. Just eliminate all the tax cuts and federal funding to already profitable businesses, and you wouldn't need income tax.

BOB E is right; If they want to be moderate and vote with the Dems just to "get along", we don't need that. Give 'em the boot! It's time to suspend or eliminate the Personal Income Tax and cut governmental spending drastically.

McCain was the perfect example of a "moderate" ready to "work with" the taxocrats. Result: he lost to a clueless communist community organizer/saul alinksy disciple. Moderates out!

The Republican'ts have been the party of Right-Wing Radicals for a long time; they're just verifying the fact that they're all nutbars. Considering that the Democrats are Moderate Conservatives, maybe they would be better joining the Democrats. That would drive the final nail into the coffin of the Republican't lunatics. Maybe then, America could actually get a real Centralist or Liberal party as the second official political party.

If they want to vote like democrats join the democrat party. Then let them see what it's like to have to tow the party line.
