Righto, Stephan! Real life- banks got greedy (not just loans, but other crappy investments also), stockholders demanded more and more profit per quarter, so more and more jobs get outsourced to Subcontinent Inc. to take advantage of workers that accept slave wages and all the bucks spent on our six year War To Nowhere and what do you have? The Biggest, Baddest Mess the Republicans ever got us into. These jackals ran us into the deepest ditch they could find and fled like rats (no offense, Rat) deserting a sinking, stinking garbage scow. Great stuff and 5 stars.
Yeah bigolsofty....Why worry about the people like Barney Frank and other members of Congress who forced the CEOs to give the handouts in the first place? We won't have to pay for those decisions....oh wait.

Reuisaac is right. The CEOs were required by the govt. to make those loans. The media (including this comic) is perpetuating inaccurate info and making the CEOs scapegoats. Funnies are not funnies when they become political agendas.
The strip itself was extrememly funny given Rat's story writing and Pig's and Goat's reactions. Who cares who got us in this mess? We're in it and somehow we've got to get out.
P.S. You guys can sure ruin a good, funny comic strip
Reuisaac, you are an idiot. Do you come to the funnies just to tell us what doesn't actually happen in 'Real life'? Are you going to tell us that goats can't be smart, or rats can't talk next?
This comic gets a 5/5 from me.
