Yep, although we used to say "... in the bedroom." If it's still unclear to some of you, there's a "fun" little activity that people do when they read a fortune from a fortune cookie to liven it up a bit: they add the phrase "in bed" or "in the bedroom" to the end.

I've never heard about the "...in bed" fortune cookie joke. It doesn't sound any funnier than today's comic.

I'd forgotten about the "...in bed" fortune cookie joke. Let's try it with the fortune from my last Chinese restaurant visit: "You will attend a party where strange customs prevail...in bed." Depending on just what customs are prevailing, I wouldn't mind getting invited.
