Another lame comic with the Gilchrist's obsession with music as the theme. When will Nancy go back to being geared more towards children and not aging adults that can't seem to move on with their lives? It's turned into an old fogey's strip. I know for sure that I'm older than they are, but don't feel the need to reminisce like they do.
And vinyl is still the best for sound reproduction. I love my old LPs, 45s, 78s. Yes kids, 78rpm records on 1/4 inch wax. I have a Sousa March made by Bell from, I think it says 1917, but it is worn, but it isn't '27 so it has to be '17. Still plays.
The attic is the very worst place to store records and tapes or most anything for that matter. The temperature and humidity fluctuations are a killer... Basements are much better or the living area is best.
