Actually, bwadams may have hit on it. I don't know if Conley is this subtle, but maybe Bucky and Satch have developed a plan to get their "reality show" bumped off the Ferret Network for being too boring. Notice Rob is nowhere in sight. He's either monitoring the situation as the "mastermind" (which is unlikely), or he doesn't have a clue (which is more likely).
