haha That was one of the funniest things I've read in a very long time, someone actually thinking the Galaxy could get a shut-out. Thats good stuff.

I don't get it. I know soccer is notorious for low/zero scores, while 82-83 sounds like a basketball game. But how did the guy misread it? Where did the 83-82 come from?

I live just a few miles from Home Depot Center, and I don't think the game scores even make it into the local paper (the Daily Breeze). Or if they do, they're not very prominent - somewhat like the high school football scores. Actually, I think the high school football scores are more prominent, come to think of it :-)
